The MIXSYS Quick Clean Lump Breaker offers a robust solution for the effective and efficient reduction of lumps in a variety of materials. Designed to handle the challenges associated with sticky or cohesive products, this machine is built with double crushing shafts. The shafts rotate in opposite directions to optimize the lump-breaking process, ensuring smooth and consistent results.

This industrial-grade lump breaker is available in a range of sizes, capable of accommodating diameters from 300 mm to 1000 mm. It has a high processing capacity, able to manage material flows of up to 40m³ per hour. The unit is constructed from either steel or stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

Enhanced features include shaft sealing bearings that promote reliable operation, a passageway grid to regulate product flow, and a variety of drive options including direct and chain drive systems for different operational needs.
