This device features a high-performance multi-stage mixing tool that generates friction to effectively heat the product while ensuring that every ingredient is uniformly mixed.

Advantages of the MIXSYS heat exchanger mixer include high performance due to the direct contact of the heating/cooling fluid with the mixing chamber and versatility in using various heat exchange fluids like glycol water, cold water, hot water, hot oil, and steam. It enables precise control over chemical and physical reactions, greatly enhancing process regulation in heating, cooling, or drying phases.

This system is distinguished by an Italian patented pneumatic cleaning system that allows for efficient cleaning operations. Compressed air is injected while the rotor shaft is operating, which facilitates thorough cleaning processes and combines with a boom unloading door to ensure complete cleanliness without the need for operator intervention.
