MIXSYS offers a comprehensive range of Dust Collection Accessories, designed to enhance the efficiency and functionality of your dust collection system. These accessories are engineered to meet various industrial needs, ensuring optimal performance and safety in challenging environments.

Our selection includes fans with motors ranging from 1 to 15 horsepower, delivering airflow capacities between 2119 to 6357 cubic feet per minute (CFM). These are constructed in mild steel, painted in RAL9006, and are suitable for ATEX environments, bearing the complete CE marking for safety. Additionally, these can be optionally mounted beside the filter to suit specific installation requirements.

Other vital components include the flow control valve, which allows precise regulation of airflow at the ventilator's outlet, and the pressure reducer, which adjusts air supply pressure to maintain the filter’s efficiency and extend its service life. The pressure reducer is also equipped with a real-time pressure gauge for close monitoring.

The visual pressure differential accessory is indispensable for maintaining system integrity, showing the pressure difference between the dirty gas and clean gas sides. It features a graduated visual scale for ease of reading, enabling quick assessment without extensive maintenance. Moreover, the sequencer, especially useful in ATEX applications, effectively regulates the cleaning cycles of the filters by managing the pneumatic valves within the system.

Lastly, our filter bases are available in either mild steel painted in RAL9006 or in stainless steel AISI304, with safety grids starting from diameter Ø540 to protect the filtering elements from damage. This comprehensive suite of accessories not only ensures operational efficiency but also enhances safety and product longevity within industrial setups.
