MIXSYS Vacuum Filters provide a reliable and durable solution for dust control in various pneumatic systems. These filters are designed to work under negative pressure conditions with a maximum working pressure of -0.6 bar (400 mbar absolute), ensuring efficient and continuous operation. Innovatively engineered, they incorporate jet-pulse cleaning utilizing compressed air, which significantly enhances the cleaning process without manual intervention.
The filters can be configured either with bag or cartridge filter elements, catering to diverse needs in terms of filtration efficiency and system configuration. With a wide range of filter areas available, from a compact 1 square meter up to a large 130 square meters, they are adaptable to different scales of operations. Additionally, filter elements are conveniently removable from the raw gas side via hinged, lateral inspection hatches, facilitating straightforward maintenance and reducing downtime.
MIXSYS Vacuum Filters are versatile enough to be integrated into various systems sizes, available in diameters from DN350 to DN1550.
