Modular Filters

MIXSYS's new line of rectangular modular filters, comprising the SRD cartridge and SRL bag models, incorporates an innovative design suited for various productive fields. Offering both bag and cartridge types, these filters cater to diverse filtration needs. The design includes a jet-pulse cleaning system that uses compressed air to clean the filter elements efficiently, which can significantly reduce maintenance time and increase filter longevity.

These modular filters are available in a wide range of filter areas, from 27 m² to 435 m², supporting different capacities. Designed with practicality in mind, the filter elements can be conveniently removed from above, streamlining maintenance processes and minimizing operational disruptions. Additionally, users have the option to integrate a fan to boost air circulation and enhance overall filtration efficiency. Constructed with durability in focus, the parts in direct contact with the product are crafted in either mild steel or stainless home, accommodating various environmental conditions and material types.

The modular design facilitates easy customization and adjustment to meet specific filtration requirements, with several media options such as activated carbon, HEPA, and particulate filters available. It supports multiple filtration stages in a single unit, providing thorough purification. The filters are compatible with different mounting styles, such as wall, ceiling, or floor installations, making them versatile for any space.
