Case Study - Automatic Depalletizer for Glass Jars
The supply includes a manual pallet insertion layer depalletizer with a down-discharge, all designed, produced and tested in our main plant.
The customer’s requirement is to have a machine able to automatically take 4 different formats of cans from pallets (to 2900 mm tall); they will then be arranged into the pre-existent automation system to get filled with beverages.
Cans are arranged from 389 to 575 per layer, for a maximum production of 24.000 cans per hour.
The supply also includes some other devices: full and empty pallet transportation roller units, empty pallets warehouse, middle-layers warehouse, film removing board, allocation system, protections and accident prevention devices.
