Atmospheric filters

MIXSYS Atmospheric Filters are innovatively designed to cater to pneumatic transport under positive pressure conditions, with a working pressure limit of up to a maximum of 0.1 bar. These filters utilize jet-pulse cleaning, powered by compressed air, which ensures efficient and effective cleaning, maintaining optimal performance.

The filters are adaptable, offering a choice between bag or cartridge filter elements to provide versatile filtration options suitable for various applications. They boast a wide range of filter areas, from 1 square meter to 130 square meters, accommodating different sizes and system requirements. Furthermore, accommodating diameters from DN350 up to DN1550, these filters can integrate into numerous system specifications seamlessly.

For ease of maintenance, the filter elements can be conveniently accessed and removed from the raw gas side via hinged, lateral inspection hatches. Additionally, the construction materials include either mild steel or stainless prisons, enhancing the durability and hygienic properties of the filters, thus ensuring long-term reliability and safety in various working environments.
